WE MAY SUSPEND OR WITHDRAW OUR SITE

We do not guarantee or make any representations that our site, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted and appropriate for use in all locations. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

MATERIAL ON OUR SITE:

Visuals used have been obtained with permission from safari, accommodation, transport, or tourism service providers specifically for marketing their products and services within our travel company. Images relate directly to their, our third-party suppliers’ products and services. Creation Africa Experiences is a travel agency that sells travel packages, event experiences and retreats to clients using third party suppliers’ services in our bespoke packages. 

If any visuals are used incorrectly, please notify us, and we will promptly correct, remove, or update them. We have taken all measures possible to ensure we have correctly purchased generic visuals from stock photo libraries and acknowledged the providers adequately. Should you have any issue with materials and how they are used please notify us in e-mail and we will happily address and correct any issues. 

Please note all products or services offered by third parties shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of those third parties.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
